What to expect

Inside every box is a fun, unique date night created especially for you. We don't do cheesy themes! We centre our boxes around good old fashioned, tried and tested, key ingredients to a great date night; good tipples, yummy nibbles and a fun bonding activity. You simply supply the great company and we'll take care of the rest!

Buying as a gift?

What could be better than giving the gift of love? Our personalised, fun and unique date nights boxed up make a fantastic alternative wedding, anniversary or new baby present! Whether you're looking to purchase a one off box for a special someone or a subscription to a gift that keeps on giving we have two subscription gift plans you can choose from;

One box delivered to your recipient each month for 3 months
£60 one time payment plus £11.85 postage

 

HOW DO GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?

 

If you purchase a subscription as a gift you can choose to purchase a one off box, or a 3 month subscription. All of which are processed as a one-time purchase that will not automatically renew at the end of the subscription period.

 

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT SUBSCRIPTION?

 

Simply choose the gift plan you're most suited to here.

 

CAN I PAY FOR A GIFT SUBSCRIPTION ON A MONTHLY BASIS?

 

I'm afraid not! Gift subscriptions can only be purchased as a one off box or 3 month subscription.

WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?

 

Yes your subscription will renew on the 1st of every month.

You can cancel at anytime simply let us know by 5pm on the last day of the month before your subscription is due to renew in other to avoid being charged for another box.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD?

 

No, you can cancel your account at any time!

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

 

Subscribe! There’s no contract and you’re free to cancel at any time! Receive! Each month you’ll receive a fun and creative date night to your doorstep! Enjoy! Relax and enjoy your date night together!

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

 

You can cancel your subscription at any time and it's really simple to do. Simply log into your account and select 'Cancel Subscription'. Please note you must cancel before 5pm on the last day of the month your subscription is due to renew to avoid being rebilled.

 

Payments

 

 

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

 

We take payments on the 1st of each month. If you are unable to make the payment on the 1st we will try to take the payment for a further three days. If we are still unable to take payment your box will be cancelled until the next month.

 

DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?

 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. If you would like to cancel your subscription you will need to do so by 5pm on the last day of the month before your subscription is due to renew. From the 1st we begin processing orders and fulfilling that months boxes and are unable to cancel the process after this date.

 

WHY WAS MY PAYMENT NOT ACCEPTED?

 

Most payments fail because of an incorrect billing address or an expired card. If this is the case please log into your account and update your card details. Please note we attempt to take payment four days in a row, if payment is unsuccessful after this time, that months box will be cancelled.

 

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?

 

You can update your payment information simply by logging into your account and selecting ‘Update Personal Information’.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO CANCEL BY SO THAT I AM NOT REBILLED?

 

Cancellations must be made by 5pm on the last day of the month before your subscription is due to renew. If you want any further clarification on when cancellation is needed by, please email us at hello@datedelivered.co.uk

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Delivery

 

CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

 

We use Royal Mail Signed For as our delivery partner and unfortunately at this time you are unable to fully track your delivery with this service.

 

WHEN WILL MY BOX ARRIVE?

 

All our date night boxes are processed to arrive on or around 25th of each month.

 

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR POSTAGE AND PACKAGING?

 

Postage is £3.95 packaging is included in the cost of your subscription.

 

MY PARCEL IS LATE WHAT SHOULD I DO?

 

We always try our best to ensure all our boxes are delivered by 25th of each month. However, if yours has not arrived by 28th please contact us at hello@datedelivered.co.uk and we will look into it for you.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

 

We currently ship across the UK only.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY BOX OR PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED?

 

Just drop us an email to hello@datedelievered.co.uk and we will be happy to look into it for you.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

 

Of course! Simply log into your account and select 'Update Personal Details'. Please note if you change your shipping address we will need 10 days notice in order for us to deliver your box to your new address and not your old one! 

Returns

 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns. If you are not completely happy with your date box please do get in touch by emailing us at hello@datedelivered.co.uk or completing our contact form Here as we would love to look into this for you.

DO YOU CATER FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES?

 

Unfortunately we can not currently cater for people with allergies. It is your responsibility to check that the products included in your date box are suitable for you to consume or use.

 

HOW DO I RATE THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVE?

 

We’d love to hear what you thought of your most recent box! This information is particularly useful for us to ensure we continue to send you date nights we know you enjoy and minimise any you might not like so much. You can log into your account and visit the Rate our Date section to give your feedback.

 

CAN I CHOOSE WHAT I RECEIVE?

 

Part of what makes Date Delivered so unique is that we take care of the planning for you, enabling you to simply relax and enjoy your date together! However, the beauty of Date Delivered is that you can provide feedback on each box by completing the ‘Rate our Date’ section in your account which enables us to create the kind of dates we know you'll love and minimise the ones that might not be your type! All the excitement of a surprise with the added reassurance it'll be one you want to receive!
